Three control interfaces are provided: 8-bit microprocessor interface, 4-bit microprocessor interface, serial interface.
The module’s built-in 2M-bit Chinese character ROM (CGROM) provides a total of 8192 Chinese characters (16×16 dot matrix), and 16K-bit half-width font ROM (HCGROM) provides a total of 126 symbol fonts (16× 8 dot matrix), 64 × 16-bit display RAM (DDRAM), and the drawing display screen provides a 64 × 256 dot drawing area (GDRAM), which can be mixed with the text screen.

The use and storage temperature are: normal temperature (operating temperature 0 ~ +50 ° C, storage temperature -10 ~ +60 ° C); wide temperature (operating temperature -20 ~ +70 ° C, storage temperature -30 ~ +80 ° C); Temperature (working temperature -30 ~ +80 ° C, storage temperature -40 ~ +80 ° C), for customers to choose.
The module voltage is 5.0V and 3.3V for customers to choose from, and needs to be set before leaving the factory.
